I greatly enjoyed the great value and brand-new rooms. Excellent breakfast and bathroom. - Extremely helpful staff. - the hotel is set in a central area right by a lovely restaurant. - Close to the surrounding area and mountain bike forest. - Just a short stroll away from Llangollen War Memorial.

Fab and excellent food.

It's a short walk to Cottage Tearooms & Bistro, where you can have lunch. The units are airy, spotless.

The rooms are modern and airy with a very comfortable bed, and the location is great being close to the town center and bus stop.

Clean hotel in a beautiful building next to Llangollen, town centre & walks and attraction and restaurant. Large room with shower as well as a comfy bed. Breakfast with juice and fresh coffee, for example. Really comfortable stay, as always.

The atmosphere created was family.

The hotel is in a very central location just off Llangollen's picturesque town centre and the waterfront. It was relaxing and ideal. The family room had a good shower, which I loved.

I really enjoyed brilliant food.

It was okay, nothing special came to mind.

Heating went off during the night and it was freezing. TV worked but there was no signal. Alarm clock worked but time and alarm could not be set. We thought we were staying at a hotel with bar facilities, but in reality we stayed in a hotel undergoing a refit so no bar and greeted each time we went to and left our room by a toilet with the door hanging off.

The hotel was clean and the staff was incredibly welcoming. We spent 2 nights in a reasonably large and neat family room with a comfortable bed. the amenities included a small mini fridge, coffee, and very fast internet. Loved our stay in this place.

I would like to thank Roger for making our stay wonderful. We had a really nice time and the location of the B&B is in the centre of town.

Nothing too much trouble, we enjoyed staying in this place. Croissants, cereal, and fruit were good and overall there was plenty of food. - Our accommodation was set in a very central location just next door to the centre, the surrounding area and most areas.

Carpets in the bathroom, I consider them unhygeinic

the only think i liked was the breakfast,you could`nt fault it.

the room my wife and i had was very poor,the on suite was an after thought,put in a cupboard up against the wall less than 6inches from the bedside table,the toilet and shower were so close you couldnt stand in front of the toilet.the flex on the kettle was so short you had to boil the kettle on the floor,the bedroom door was so thick in paint i had to shoulder the door to open,
